Im now screwed by micfo.com been there several years. all of a sudden all my sites are gone! they say that there server crashed and all sites are lost. Gone forever! I ask about backups and they say they dont have any. What the freaking hell, you have zero backups??? they are asking me for for backups. what he hell kind of operation is this.
My business is screwed. my sites are all gone and any user data from my time i took my own backup is gone. this company has totaly fucked me over and from what I just herd 100s of other sites are gone forever.

2 move to another host. these guys are gona fuck you.

The WORST hosting I've ever encountered. Terrible customer service, too many sites on a server...slow..sometimes email comes 8 hrs or more later.
When I signed on they offered a LIFETIME guarantee, prorated of course...So I signed on for 2 years. After 3 moths I requested a refund and they have recinded sp? that offer.
They will NOT HNOUR THE GUARANTEE..In broken english they basically emailed 'screw you'.
At this I would have to call them 'lying, cheating ........s [fill in the blank]
It's amazing in today's world in the USA a large outfit can get away with this..

I tried both shared server and dedicated server to see if it fixed any of their problems with unreliability, bad customer service and terrible uptime.
If you plan on using mysql, or have a business which might get lots of traffic (200+ visits a day ... not even 'lots'), then RECONSIDER.

Free phone support inside the US but for us customers outside the US, it was an expensive call especially as you were put on hold (always the next in the queue according to their phone sytsem) but never answered.
I tried twice and held for up to 20 minutes before giving up. Otheroccasions I gave up after 5 minuts. Neve rmanaged to talk to someone on the phone!
Email support went from bad to worse, so we moved to another host.
